Pada Senin-Selasa, 10-11 Juni 2024, Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Abdul Mujib Laewang Dampal Selatan (STKIP ABMUL DS) menyelenggarakan workshop karya tulis ilmiah dengan tema “Mewujudkan Mahasiswa Kreatif dan Inovatif melalui Pelatihan Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah”.
Kegiatan ini dipimpin oleh Ismail, S.Pd.,Gr.,M.Pd sebagai kepala LPM, kegiatan ini dibuka dengan sambutan dari Nahdawati, S.Pd.,M.Pd, wakil ketua I yang sekaligus mewakili Ketua STKIP ABMUL DS yang tidak sempat hadir karena ada kegiatan lain yang bertepatan. Dalam sambutannya menyampaikan permohonan maaf karena Ketua STKIP ABMUL DS tidak dapat hadir karena sedang menghadiri kegiatan lain. “Ini adalah waktu yang tepat untuk membantu mahasiswa khususnya semester 6 keatas untuk memahami penulisan karya tulis ilmiah”,ujar Nahdawati. Beliau juga menyampaikan bahwa Workshop ini juga bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan menulis mahasiswa dan memberikan panduan serta motivasi dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah sesuai standart yang baik dan benar”, kata Nahdawati saat menutup sambutannya sekaligus membuka kegiatan Workshop Karya Tulis Ilmiah.
Workshop ini dipandu langsung oleh dosen-dosen sebagai pemateri yang memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek langsung dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah pada mahasiswa STKIP ABMUL DS.
Penanggung jawab kegiatan, kepala LPM menyampaikan bahwa dengan adanya workshop ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar dalam meningkatkan motivasi, keterampilan mahasiswa agar lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah.
