Sojol Utara – Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PKN) STKIP ABMUL Dampal Selatan melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan tema “Sekolah Demokrasi: Edukasi Politik untuk Pemula di Era Digital” pada Kamis, 22 Mei 2025, bertempat di SMK Negeri 1 Sojol Utara.
Kegiatan ini menjadi wujud nyata kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam memberikan edukasi politik kepada generasi muda, khususnya pelajar, agar memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang demokrasi dan peran aktif warga negara di tengah perkembangan era digital.
Pengabdian masyarakat ini dibawakan oleh Ahmad Yudianto, S.Pd., M.Pd., salah satu dosen Pendidikan PKN STKIP ABMUL Dampal Selatan, yang menyampaikan materi seputar demokrasi, literasi politik, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara bijak. Peserta kegiatan yang terdiri dari siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sojol Utara tampak antusias mengikuti pemaparan tersebut dan aktif berdiskusi dalam sesi tanya jawab.
Ketua Program Studi Pendidikan PKN, Arianto, S.Pd, M.Pd, Gr menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal awal bagi generasi muda dalam menghadapi tantangan politik di era digital.
