Soni, 13 Juni 2026 – Dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Nahdawati, S.Pd., M.Pd., bersama mahasiswa angkatan 2024 melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di kelas VIII Excellent MTs DDI Soni dengan mengusung tema “Teach Vocabulary, Reading and Listening through ICT Empowerment for the Digital Era.”
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata (vocabulary), membaca (reading), dan menyimak (listening) siswa melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT) sebagai media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan sesuai dengan tuntutan era digital. Berbagai aktivitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi diterapkan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik, efektif, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa.
Melalui kegiatan PKM ini, diharapkan siswa semakin termotivasi dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris serta mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara positif sebagai sarana belajar. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi wujud nyata komitmen Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP Abdul Mujib Laewang dalam mengimplementasikan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya pada bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.
