Sabtu, 24 Mei 2025 – Program Studi Pendidikan Guru pendidikan anak usia DINI, STKIP ABMUL Dampal Selatan melaksanakan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di sekolah TK/PAUD Negeri Kombo, pada mata kuliah Perkembangan Fisik dan Motorik pada Anak Usia Dini , dipimpin oleh dosen pengampu Nahdawati, S.Pd., M.Pd.. Dengan tema “Efektifitas Program Latihan Fisik dalam Meningkatkan Perkembangan Motorik Anak Usia Dini di TK Negeri Pembina Desa Kombo.
Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program latihan fisik terstruktur dalam meningkatkan perkembangan motorik anak usia dini. Perkembangan motorik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pertumbuhan anak, yang mencakup kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus pada kelompok anak usia 4–6 tahun di salah satu lembaga PAUD. Program latihan fisik dirancang mencakup kegiatan seperti Sholat, menggunting menggunakan pola, meremas kertas 5 jari, permainan gerak berirama, dan aktivitas koordinatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan motorik anak setelah mengikuti program latihan fisik, terutama dalam hal keseimbangan, koordinasi tangan-mata, dan kekuatan otot. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini mengindikasikan bahwa latihan fisik terstruktur dan menyenangkan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan motorik anak usia dini. Oleh karena itu, integrasi program latihan fisik dalam kurikulum PAUD sangat direkomendasikan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas tumbuh kembang anak secara menyeluruh.
