Dampal Selatan, 17 Agustus 2025 – Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun ke-80 Republik Indonesia, sivitas akademika STKIP ABMUL Dampal Selatan turut hadir mengikuti upacara bendera yang digelar di Lapangan Dg. Mallawa, Bangkir, Kecamatan Dampal Selatan.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung khidmat tersebut dihadiri oleh unsur pemerintah kecamatan, aparat TNI-Polri, tokoh masyarakat, pelajar, mahasiswa, serta berbagai organisasi kemasyarakatan. Upacara diawali dengan pengibaran bendera merah putih oleh Pasukan Pengibar Bendera Pusaka (Paskibraka) Kecamatan Dampal Selatan yang berjalan lancar dan penuh khidmat.
Yang istimewa pada upacara kemerdekaan kali ini, Wakil Bupati Tolitoli bertindak sebagai inspektur upacara untuk pertama kalinya di Lapangan Dg. Mallawa, Bangkir. Kehadiran beliau menambah khidmat suasana sekaligus memberikan semangat tersendiri bagi para peserta upacara.
Ketua STKIP ABMUL Dampal Selatan menyampaikan bahwa keikutsertaan dosen, staf, dan mahasiswa dalam upacara ini merupakan bentuk penghormatan kepada jasa para pahlawan sekaligus peneguhan komitmen untuk terus menumbuhkan semangat kebangsaan di lingkungan akademik.
“Hari Kemerdekaan bukan hanya perayaan, tetapi juga momentum refleksi bagi kita semua. Sivitas akademika STKIP ABMUL akan terus berupaya melahirkan generasi muda yang berkarakter, berilmu, dan berjiwa nasionalis,” ujarnya.
Upacara peringatan HUT RI ke-80 di Lapangan Dg. Mallawa Bangkir berlangsung dengan tertib dan penuh semangat. Kehadiran sivitas akademika STKIP ABMUL menjadi wujud nyata kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam membangun rasa cinta tanah air di tengah masyarakat.
