Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris angkatan 2023 STKIP ABMUL Dampal Selatan sukses menggelar Academic Conference bertema “Utilization of Instagram Reels as an Innovative Digital Media in Improving English-Speaking Skills”. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari tugas akhir mata kuliah Speaking in Academic Context yang dibimbing oleh Ibu Nahdawati, S.Pd., M.Pd. Senin (26/05/2025).
Konferensi ini menjadi wadah ilmiah bagi mahasiswa untuk mempresentasikan ide, riset kecil, dan pengalaman mereka dalam memanfaatkan Instagram Reels sebagai media kreatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dalam Bahasa Inggris. Para peserta menyampaikan bagaimana platform ini mampu membangun keberanian, memperbaiki pelafalan, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam berbicara.
Melalui sesi presentasi formal dan diskusi terbuka, para mahasiswa tidak hanya menunjukkan pemahaman akademik, tetapi juga mengasah keterampilan abad 21 seperti berpikir kritis, komunikasi profesional, dan penguasaan teknologi pendidikan.
