Soni 20 Januari 2020. STKIPDS News. Setelah beberpa hari menggalang dana, Tim Orange Relawan STKIP Dampal Selatan bersiap berangkat ke Daerah Bencana Sulawesi Barat untuk menyalurkan bantuan. Bantuan didapat dari segenap masyarakat Dampal Selatan dan Ogoamas. Tim STKIP DS Peduli akhirnya berhasil mengumpulkan dana sejumlah RP. 20.000.000.
Dana yang terkumpul dibelanjakan untuk kebutuhan-kebutuhan pokok para korban bencana alam di Mamuju berupa beras, Susu, Kebutuhan Bayi, Air Mineral, Mie Instan dan beberapa kebutuhan pokok lainnya.
Ketua STKIP DS (Rus’an) dalam acara pelepasan Keberangkatan TIM Relawan berpesan bahwa apa yang kita lakukan ini adalah bentuk kepedulian sosial terhadap saudara kita yang terdampak bencana alam. Semoga tugas mulia ini dapat meringankan beban saudara kita di Mamuju.
